IT Infrastructure
Organized and administered the corporate IT infrastructure: servers, workstations, Active Directory, group policies, and file shares. Ensured high SLAs through HelpDesk/ServiceDesk systems and prompt incident resolution. Configured backups and comprehensive security policies. Managed full-cycle IT projects and supported a fleet of over 1,000 Windows Server devices, configuring DNS, DHCP, VPN, and SharePoint.
CRM & Automation
I implement and maintain CRM systems (amoCRM, Bitrix24, Kommo). I configure monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana) and integrate IT solutions. I provide technical support to users, configure software, and configure internal services. I develop documentation, processes, and instructions for IT support. I integrate internal systems with external services, ensuring smooth operation.
Marketing & Analytics
I launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Yandex.Direct, and VK Ads. I set up analytics using Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, and Google Tag Manager. I increase conversions and reduce cost per lead through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and retargeting. I work with SEO: optimizing meta tags, content, and website structure. I participate in the development of marketing strategies and digital management.
INTERESTS
I'm building the Vibe Todo mobile app using React Native and Expo, implementing AI-powered development methods. I'm exploring the potential of neural networks for coding automation and business optimization. I enjoy mountain hiking, am a competitive table tennis player, and play beach volleyball.
